I simplify complex systems.
I map what’s happening, find the friction, and reduce it to something teams can actually ship.

I make intentional trade-offs.
I cut things that don’t matter so the things that do can ship on time and with high quality.

I think upstream and downstream.
I design the change and the consequences of the change so nothing breaks later.

I iterate toward clarity.
I test small, learn fast, and move the solution forward without overbuilding.

I design for stability.
My goal is fewer surprises, calmer processes, and products that behave the way people expect.
